In this article, the author discusses how McDonalds used olympic athletes to sell their product. They portrayed the athletes as going to McDonalds after practicing and getting their energy from the food. The author explains how some of the athletes portrayed in these commercials have stated in previous interviews they are one strict diets. Diets that does not include McDonalds form. She then explained the misleading advertising this does.
